Du Cane, Ella. Good. No Jacket. 7" x 9" Travel GOOD /NO JACKET. xi, 212 pp. Text clean and unmarked, except for gift inscription on loose front endpaper, and former owner's label on front pastdown. Pages slightly yellowed. Minor foxing throughout. Top edge gilt. Illustrated with 68 paintings by Ella Du Cane, each reproduction in color and protected with tissue. Blue cloth boards decorated at front and spine with stylized drawing of grape arbor and lake in green, purple and cream with gilt. Lettered in gilt at front and spine. Boards lightly soiled and faded, spine sunned and slightly frayed at top and bottom. Shelf wear to edges, lower corners worn to boards, lower back with some water damage. Binding slightly shaken, but stable. Front hinge cracked but holding, joints good.
