A must for gluten sensitivities
One of he best resources for anyone with Celiac or gluten intolerance which is more common that most people realize. I have been on a gluten free diet and haven't felt this good in a long time plus I have lost weight. This book is very helpful and a good resource on what to do and how.

Gluten free Rocks!!!!
Recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and desperate for info, this book packs a lot of info on its 250 plus pages. Helpful lists of restaurant web sites, useful section on gluten free resources and recipes help round out the reading experience. It's hard to imagine so much support in one book.
