This Diet Works!
This book was a great diet book. The instructions were easy to follow and the book was a fast read. It includes recipes that are simple. By following the detox portion of the diet, I lost 6 lbs in 9 days. I have let everyone I know borrow this book and recommend it to everyone. Like any other diet though, it does require a lot of hard work and some will power. Your results will be based on the effort you put in to the diet.
