Conveying the actuality of betrayal or absence, and the intense pressure of his longing for a love that could be trusted, these are some of his haunting poems.
This is an OK book, but only if you are really into Wyatt and it could be used as a companion piece to a larger study. The main problem is that he uses Roman Numerals and it quickly becomes confusing. However, the end notes are more useful than some other books.
