Fair. Book has rip to cloth at front gutter that has gone all the way through, so bottom half of the front board is being held on by twill tape that isbuilt into the binding. Otherwise, just a little light wear to corners. No marks to pages. Maps on the paste downs. Inscribed by Stacey on the end paper immediately behind the front map.
