As a herbalist, I would seriously recommend ANY of matthew Wood's books, I also have his old and new world herbals and they are the doggy's danglers.
Would recommend to any herbalist who has an interest in Western Herbal Medicine.

A WONDERFUL BOOK
I absolutely loved this book- it is packed with great information and stories. I did not find it dry at all contrary to other reports. I hardly can put it down. My grandfather visited and read it thru twice in one week. He said it brought back alot of memories of the "old ways" that people used to doctor and care for themselves. I give an A+ and I cant wait to read more of his books.
