confusing but worht it
there are two workouts so neither is long enough. the easier workout has complex arm movements ut is too slow, and instructions which should be longer in the first workout are brief and not adequate.to give a specific example, she says to use a chair for the bar and make sure it is at the right level but does not explain how to determine what is the right level. the second workout is more even at its level, but still the instructions are too quick. also the center work is organized so that students understand how the barre and center work exercises build to glides and jumps which is clever, but therefore it confuses people who took ballet classes as children who are used to centerwork being in order- positions, port de bras, adagio, battements, allego-jumps, turns, combinations. and here is is all mixed up.
the quality of the instructors dance is beautiful and her technique is lovely so i will be sure
