(Sn). -A complete run of 12 copies for 1851 of the popular American agricultural monthly periodical "The American Agriculturist and Farmers' Cabinet. ' The magazine was founded in 1842 by the brothers, Anthony Benezet Allen (1802-1892) and Richard Lamb Allen (1803-1869) and ran to 1851. Also included are 12 copies of the monthly "Prospectus of The Plow, A Monthly Chronicle of Rural Affairs" which was the successor to "The American Agriculturist", edited by its former co-editor, Solon Robinson (1803-1880).
