beautiful book

Lots of ideas for helping us older women be the best we can be (still). I've always been interested in presenting myself in the best possible way, so this is good support to continue doing so. The book itself is beautiful, too.
Some of the makeovers were so dramatic that the women didn't look like the same ones in the "before" photos.

A real winner . . . what a great resource

This book is fabulous! Hopkins is a hair stylist and makeup artist who really knows his stuff. His tips about how to find a great hairdresser and to get the best cut are invaluable, as is the information on what clothing styles and shapes flatter (or don?t) common body shapes/problem areas for those of us ?of a certain age.? Hopkins's direct, simple writing style and the useful photos and drawings make this book a real winner.

make-up over 45

Christopher Hopkins does a great job with this book. He uses pictures of real women over the age of 45. He shows great before and after pictures. I wish there were some "during" pictures so you could see how the technique is done rather than just reading about it.
