Very Good. This is a clean, solid, straight hardcover book with clean, tight text pages, firm hinges, square corners and a good dust jacket. The red binding is stamped with a gilt title and rampant lion on the front, and gilt decorative markings and title on the spine. The DJ has a square cut out at the top left front, to display a library number. This book contains a critical biography of Fergusson and his work, a section of notes and references, a selected bibliography, and an index. No dust jacket.
