Dustjacket is bright, few faint smudges (mostly rear), front cover has sticker residue & old price sticker, tiny tear at bottom of spine corner. Very Good in Good+ jacket. 8vo-over 7¾-9¾" tall Bookseller label in lower margin on title page, inscribed by author on front flyleaf, endsheets and text block pages have some natural age darkening. Small, narrow stain on rear pastedown, light bumps to top corners. Otherwise a tight, clean copy with no other markings or bookplates. In a good jacket with some short tears and creasing and minor paper loss to spine ends and extremities. Some natural darkening and dust soiling to jacket. Small, old piece of cello tape affixed to front flap edge and small skinned area obscuring a few words of flap text. No significant chipping and not price-clipped. Despite flaws, an overall attractive copy of a scarce first edition which attempts to explain ancient civilizations as the result of visitations of aliens from Outer Space.
