Death takes a little break
This book is funny well all of the seris is so funny. If i could be a character in any of them I would be death, but take away trying to find what to do with his remaining hours. In the end is a surprising turn I loved this book : ) !

Death takes a holiday
We all have our favourite Discworld character and mine is DEATH - how can you not like this guy & his attempts to understand mankind whilst harvesting our souls from the back of his trusty steed Binky? And he LOVES CATS, so he's gotta be a great guy!
Death has an experience that requires him to go off and think about the meaning of life, death, the universe and decides to take a break from his normal duties of greeting mortals at the moment of death (haha!). This is a crucial story in the development of Death as an individual and rounds out his personality nicely. From start to finish, this book held my undivided attention (I missed my train stop on the way to work and had to backtrack 3 stations).
I have to say, this is my FAVOURITE book starring Death in the leadrole - in fact, it's my favourite Discworld novel thus far (and I've read all but a few, so there are lots of stories being "compared" here). Honestly, I don't want to give away any of the plot, this book deserves to be read without pre-concieved ideas of where the story is heading - so go out there and read it!
