Manly Palmer Hall (1901-1990), was a Canadian-born occultist, mystic and author best known for his "The Secret Teaching of All Ages." Hall gathered together a world renowned collection of books and manuscripts on alchemy, mysticism, the occult, etc. which became part of the library of an organisation the Philosophical Research Society which he founded in 1934. Hall himself wrote over a hundred books and pamphlets on the esoteric subjects. A tight, clean VG+ copy.
Good. Book has very faint damp staining along the spine and upper edges of the wraps that does not seem to impact the text block. Title of book has been neatly handwritten on the spine. A tiny bit of curling to the fore edge corners. Previous owners' name on ffep. Underlining on approx 10-15 pages. Binding is tight. A few light creases to spine. Fourth printing, 1976. 6 x 9 inches. 91 Pages.
