Good-, cover somewhat soiled, yellow highlighting & red underlining throughout. Coarse-woven beige cloth with color glossy dustjacket. 284 pp. 171 illustrations, including 56 hand-tipped plates in full color. A welcome and well-illustrated addition to your library on art. A thorough reference on this artist up to 1974.
Fair in Very Good jacket. Signed. New York, 1971. 4to, cloth with jacket, 69 pp. Warmly inscribed to the photographer Arnold Newman: "For Gus and Arnold Newman / Warm good friends who have / encouraged me and / helped me in ways / even I / could not / imagine! / August 17, 1973 / Paul Jenkins." A fair to good copy sold for the inscription only-the text block has split at the title page, though the contents remain bright. Jacket in very good plus condition with some wear and tiny closed tears at extremities. A very nice association. Jenkins was one of many artists photographed by Newman.
