There are only three original recordings on this Dominion-issued retrospective of American traditional pop. The rest are modern-day stereo re-recordings; however, they're not as blatantly done as some comps like this often are. Here, the recordings of tracks like Jimmie Rodgers' "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine," the Duprees' "You Belong to Me," and "Only You (And You Alone)" from the Hilltoppers are all strong. In general, Music to Remember is a nice, nostalgic ride. ~ Johnny Loftus, Rovi
