Hardbound first American issue in 13.5x8.5 inch clothbacked boards titled metallic blue, and a price-clipped dust jacket; there is slight edgewear to lower edge of casing, find a remarkably lovely presentation and monogram ("for Katie") on the title page, no other marks, dj is a bit toned with a touch of edgewear. Very good copy.
