Though not the first long-player unleashed by these maniacal North Carolinians, this is easily among the best yet. Kudos and compliments to producer Billy Miller (KICKS Magazine/Norton Records head honcho and leader of the sadly defunct A-Bones) for getting the best sound out of this band since Memphis legend Jim Dickinson twirled the studio knobs for Go Go Harlem Baby. Nothing about this raunch is revolutionary, but that's exactly the point. ~ Brian Beatty, Rovi
