Gail Gardner, PhD and Karen Olness, MD, published by Grune & Stratton, NY, 1981, assumed first edition, 416pp. Not library, not remainder. The original owner s name is written on the front endpaper. The text is in excellent condition with a few pages with very small shelving-caused folds, otherwise there are no noticeable dog-ears, no tears, no marginal notes, no underlines, no highlighting. Very light soiling along the top closed reading edge. The binding is tight and the spine is solid. The dust jacket has minor edgewear and light rubbing including a small 0.25-inch tear on the spine.
