Claudia Nice has produced an excellent book for anyone thinking of beginning the sketchbook journey. I would suggest this to all who are about to embark upon the sketchbook path. This would be especially good for anyone who already keeps scribble diaries who would like to explore options. If you have a teenager who draws, this would make a good gift, I believe.

How to Keep a Sketchbook Journal
Extremely informative with a multiitude of ideas and suggestions on how to proceed and end up with a wealth of memories. I never had seen such a unique way of keeping memorebilia and having a great time while doing it. Fantastic book.

This book is a wonderful addition to any journal keeper's repertoire! I love how simply Claudia makes traveling with your paints & pens with her pattern for sewing a tool carrier. She gives LOTS of ideas for drawing & painting subjects, dating & giving geographic information as well. The author is as nice in person as she is in writing, too.
