OVER THE TOP GOOD!
This is my third purchase of this book and a "must" for any vegetarian or anyone interested in how to prepare any type of vegetable. Simple, concise and always delicious. And if you are a cookbook fanatic....it is a great READ as well! Bittman is a master of his trade!

A very valuable book, it contains an amazing amount of information. I think anyone who even thinks about a vegetarian duet should have it.

This book is an excellent resource for anything vegetarian, it even has a section on making ice cream & yogurt & sorbet of every discription.
