Kat Richardson has created a new series well worth exploring. I especially enjoyed the historical veracity about Seattle in this first novel of the Greywalker series. Harper is an engaging heroine: smart, but not bullet-proof, witty, but not irritatingly smart mouthed. Richardson's supporting characters are well fleshed; they move the plot along and are interesting in their own right.
