After Wholesale Meats and Fish failed to fulfill the potential of their debut, Letters to Cleo took two years off, switched drummers, and returned in 1997 with Go!. While the group still shows some signs of growing pains, it's a more successful and assured record than its predecessor, demonstrating that the group still can knock out a big, catchy power pop hook on occasion.
