End leaves are just a little darkened, and there is a presentation inscription on the blank front paste down signed by Kansas born architect, Guy A. Carlander. Price clipped dust jacket shows wear along edges, as well as a quarter sized open tear on upper edge over top cover, affecting the letter "G" at beginning of the title. Illustration and other lettering remain good, and jacket is now protected in a clear mylar sleeve.
