Informed by many years of genetics teaching and research expertise, authors Mark Sanders and John Bowman use an integrated approach that helps contextualize three core challenges of learning genetics: solving problems, understanding evolution, and understanding the connection between traditional genetics models and more modern approaches. Genetic Analysis: An Integrated Approach, 2/e is extensively updated with relevant, cutting-edge coverage of modern genetics and is supported by MasteringGenetics, the most widely-used homework and assessment program in genetics. Featuring expanded assignment options, MasteringGenetics complements the book's problem-solving approach, engages students, and improves results by helping them master concepts and problem-solving skills.

If you are buying the newest edition, I seriously recommend that you find an international version (HPB will point them out for you on here). The content is EXACTLY the same as the U.S version (I checked it myself), except for the cover of the book, and you literally save SOO much money! The U.S/regular edition was around $220, but I only paid around $55 for the international edition (from the seller named Basi6 International). Crazy cheap for a latest edition of a science textbook (I'm a biology major)!! It took exactly 9 days for it to arrive, so definitely plan ahead. Quality is great! I also recommend that you don't get the first edition because there are many confusing errors in it that will affect your studies, as quoted from my genetics professor who was troubled by it. I hope my review will help, and good luck!
