I keep trying not to buy more cookbooks
Joanne Chang's book, flour, is a keeper. The recipes are consistently delicious and Joanne walks you through them. My first time at brioche was successful and very tasty. The banana bread has recieved rave reviews from all ages. The sticky sticky buns great. Friends report equal success. As your read the directions you feel that under her tutelage her goal to have you suceed. Defintely on my to do list: to start, the croissants, (french) almond macaroons filled with chocolate ganache and carrot cake. Thank you, Joanne.
