Clean text; xxx, 378 pages; indexed; 63 photographs and 16 colour plates. The dustjacket, in gold, black, and tan, is a great Deco design by Fred Marcellino, utilizing an illustration by Gustav Klimt. Some wrinkling around the margins; in an archival plastic protector. An exceptionally nice book worth a read.
