Includes chronology of Bannister's life and index of works at exhibition. Book appears unused, spine intact, page edges lightly tanned with age. Cover (reproduction of Bannister's 'Untitled (Rhode Island Landscape)1898' on front) is age-worn, colour faded, staining and cracks near spine. Glue between cover and front page has cracked open.
