Fine in Good jacket. 12mo-over 6¾"-7¾" tall. Signed by Author Signed first edition of Manfred's novel about midwestern life in the early 20th Century, primarily Iowa and Minnesota. The book is in fine condition with very minor edgewear at the bottom of it's tight spine; the jacket has more serious edgewear with wrinkles and some closed tears. Please e-mail me for a scan. The inscription is to my late father, and reads, "To my good friend, Judge Hella Who has been doing all he can to save our "Eden Prairies"-Frederick Manfred. "
