Good. Dust jacket is distressed with crumpling, chipping and several tears of an inch or less at the edges. Jacket is discolored by age. Gift inscription, first free end-paper. Spine is shaken a bit. Edges of page block lightly soiled. Text free from marks, highlighting and dogears.
Good. Hardcover w/o jacket. Light wear on boards. No markings noted. A few stains present along page edges. Tulsa's best used bookstore. Located on South Mingo Road since 1991. No-hassle return policy if not completely satisfied.
Near Fine in Very Good DJ. First edition stated, near fine hardcover shows just a hint of shelf wear, in very good + dust jacket (price at flap) showing couple of short closed tears at spine head and some other mild trace including couple of very light wrinkles. 320 pages with black & whites. Still an attractive copy of this popular work where-in "15 master chefs of New Orleans reveal their secrets."
