The audio book was a major disappointment as far as I am concerned. I listened to it a couple of times in hope that I may have missed something initially. I have been practicing transcendental meditation for two plus years and the audio book was irrelevant (at least to me) and a waste of money and my time. I think my 1 rating is pretty generous. Sorry but I would NOT recommend it.

A Personal Memoir of Meditation
Author has written a memoir describing personal benefits to himself from regular meditation in the context of a demanding occupation. All presented in the form of an egocentric monolog with no specificity of meditation techniques other than establishing a regular schedule. Quite dull.
