This is an abridgement, so some of the delicious character development has been left out. But the wonderful flavor of James Collins' modern tale of love & money among the upper class in NYC is still delightful.

OK--it's not a mystery novel, but the story really sucks you in and you want to find out what happens to each character. I really liked it--the writing was easy to read. And as a side note, at least the copy I read, the print was easy to read--a deal breaker for me and books!
