The book is bound in full beige 'kid leather made in Bangladesh and personally selected by the author during a visit to that country. Because of the hand tanning and use of vegetable dyes, the leather on each book varies in colour, texture and thickness, ' (that's a mouthful describing the selection of binding material). Brown titles on the spine and a gilt salmon fly on the front cover. Brown cloth slip case with gilt salmon fly on the side panel. Fine in a fine slip case.
