Curuppumullage Jinarajadasa ( 1875-1953 ) was a multi-lingual freemason, theosophist who became president of the Theosophical Society in Adyar and wrote extensively on religion, philosophy, literature, art, science and occult chemistry. Cloth a bit rubbed, darkened & overall, a few red paint spots to rear board, chafing to spine ends and edges, short closed split to cloth at midspine, endpapers split at inner hinges, overall a bit shaken but still reasonably sound, endpapers unevenly browned with old tape shadow on rear pastedown. Still an unmarked and serviceable Good + copy.
