Fair. This is a Facsimile edition of the 1845 edition. In two volumes, this is Volume 1 ONLY. Some wear and tear to the spine and covers including bumped corners and soiling in places. The page edges are a little tanned and dusty with some foxing creeping into occasional pages. This book has usual signs of wear and damage to the binding in places, but the pages all appear present.
