This book is probably the most important philosophical treatise of the 20th C. Why? It is a total deconstruction of the sacred icons of Western Civilization, including but not limited to: heirarchies of any kind (pyramids); pyschoanalysis (in all its forms); the State and its War making Machine; linguistics and semiotics; signs and signifiers; and, finally, bodies without organs(?!).
