Fine. No dust jacket as issued. GIFT-ABLE as FEELS NEW, UNREAD, pages crisp and clean, not a mark, NEAR FINE (sales sticker on back) AS SHOWN THIS COPY; GIFT-ABLE AS likely unread. Trade paperback (US). Glued binding. 576 p. Audience: General/trade. 3210--This book was just amazing. My teacher had us use it for her Modern American History class instead of a typical textbook. I actually felt that I learned way more in this book than in any historical textbook in that this book contains primary documents. So, you don't read sugar coated history that makes everybody happy, but rather what the people were feeling and seeing at the time. I truly felt apart of each era I read about and I felt like I knew the authors of the sections by their first hand accounts. I highly recommend this book for people who just love history or for people who want to seek truth! [reader review]
