Item was listed as "very good", but item is only "good". Pages were clean but there is clear edge damage and the binding is a loose in some places (esp at the back).

The delivery time was rather slow, in that it took almost four weeks to arrive. The fact that there was no means to trace the parcel was irritating.

The book was listed as new. It is a workbook. The book I received has a name written on the cover and the first 21 pages have the answers written in. Clearly not a new book. Very disappointed.
