I gave the handling and packaging a neutral, mainly because although the book was in new condition, the packaging was ripped. Not sure if this was the post office's fault or not, but I was lucky that the book remained undamaged.

This seller does not provide accurate information. I received emails with misleading shipping dates and also where it was shipping from. Shipped from Europe(!) not Illinois as stated on website. Wouldn't have minded long ship time if I had been aware.

I ordered 2 cd's from you. Whipped Cream is fine but Herb Alpert presents Sergio Mendes is not. It's a lesser quality disk; it's too thin and won't read on my system. If I order cd's from you in the future, how can I be reasured of the quality

They claim they shipped it. Over one month later I received nothing. They claim they shipped it again. Another month later, again nothing received. Unclear if this is a legitimate operation.

I waited over one month for delivery, never received anything. Then they claim they shipped it again. Again I waited over one month, received nothing. I do wonder if this is a legitimate store. I have not had this issue with other stores.
