The book was missing pages and NEVER had anything stated about that in the description. I emailed them Aug 24 and they promptly answered back telling me they would send a replacement. I have not heard from them since and still waiting for the book.

The shipping was okay since it did take a little longer than I expected. Was hoping the instructor's edition would be exactly like the original but it was not. They should have been more descriptive about the item. Overall, good experience.

I was disappointed at paying extra for expedited shipping and not getting it as fast as I thought I would. I have had stuff shipped to me regular delivery and received it about the same amount of time. Other than that the transaction was good.
