Spine in gold gilt has 3 compartments and two bands and does show some rubbing. Gold gilt at top edge of pages. Interior is very clean and tight with presentation signed by one of Hitler's Burgermeister's. In German. Comes in slipcase with moderate signs of wear, such as rubbing and chipping.
