Here at the library we are noted for our holdings in genealogy and
local history. One of our rarest items is a copy of the original Guide
Book to the Chickamauga Battlefield Park, although we lacked a copy of
the accompanying map. Worried that....
New. No dust jacket. 39 p. 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" gray stiff paper wraps, stapled binding with 15" X 24" map. This is a reprint of the original guide book and map for the Chickamauga Battlefield park. It was written and printed by an ex-first sergeant of the Union Army. Our copy was in very bad condition and this was a way to preserve it.
