Bookcase is an independent second-hand bookstore based in Carlisle, Cumbria. We are housed in a wonderfull georgian mansion, over four floors and with over 30 rooms. We specialise in rare and antiquarian titles, but we also have 250,000 books in store, nevermind the 20,000 books we have catalogued and in our antiquarian room! Very Good. 12mo. 3 volumes. Tan brown with gilt decs to spines. Marbled edges and endpapers. Edges a little faded. Ribbon markers disintegrated at top. Spines lightly cracked with lightly rubbed edges. Hinges cracked. A few small scratches or marks to boards, corners lightly bumped. Contents clean, tidy and solid.
