We deal in books that are older or recent; mainstream, unusual, special or rare. We are especially interested in pamphlets and books in the areas of anthropology, art, foreign languages, Iowa, juvenile, medical, science, and fine literature.
WE WERE MARRIED IN OUR FIRST BRICKS-AND-MORTAR STORE IN 1978. We have been professional appraisers and dealers of used and rare books since then. After many years of both open-shop and on-line selling and appraising, we are now more free to travel to see your books in your home, if you so desire. Our for-sale stock is located in our smoke-free home, and thus is not handled by browsers. VISITS TO OUR HOME ARE POSSIBLE BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT ONLY, PLEASE. We are especially interested in anthropology, art, foreign languages, Iowa, juvenile, medical, and science books. We have degrees in anthropology, foreign languages, HEALTH CARE AND FINE LITERATURE.
