Jose Cisneros. Fine- in Fine- jacket. 4to-over 9¾"-12" tall. First published in 1984, this book is the second printing from 1988, 201 page, ilustrated in color and b&w by Jose Cisneros. "Someone said that civilization came on horseback. This was certainly true of the culture and progress that originated in Europe and was brought to this continent with the arrival of the first equines in Veracruz in the year 1519. To follow their hoofprints along and across the land has been my objective. To restore, visualize and depict the physical appearance of their riders has been my aim." FINE-HARDCOVER, FINE-DUST JACKET.
Good in Good jacket. 4to-over 9¾-12" tall Boldly flat-signed by Cisneros on flyleaf in red pen. This would be near fine if it wasn't for some foxing to top edge of text block. In a good dust jacket with light dust soiling and some abrasions to lower corner areas and along/adjacent to flap folds and base of spine. Small reddish stains in one area of rear panel.
