About this title: Madacy forgoes their usual bottom-of-the-barrel reissues in favor of this three-disc set of "nothing but the hits" classics from Stax. There are 52 cuts from all over the Stax historical rainbow, ranging from obvious hits like Otis Redding's "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" to less obvious but equally fine selections like the Mad Lads' version of Jimmy Webb's "By the Time I Get to Phoenix."
