Here I Go Again (2006)

About this title: Tom Hunter has a friendly voice that falls style-wise somewhere between Dr. John and Billy Joel. He is a flashy and skilled pianist and puts plenty of felling into his renditions. On Here I Go Again, it is easy to split the CD into two. The first seven selections are full of blues ballads, some New Orleans-flavored R&B, and commercial material. The last five numbers are more jazz- and blues-oriented, with "Tenor Madness" being the set's lone instrumental.
