About this title: Beat Goes On has combined the two LPs by Brian Poole & the Tremeloes with their two EPs, Swinging on a Star and Time Is on My Side, on two separate CDs in a single, double-disc package. The 39 tracks on Twist and Shout/It's About Time don't represent the most substantial work of the early British Invasion, but they are enjoyable and do show this band trying hard to emulate American rock & roll.
