Vitamin Records tackles the Eagles via violin, viola, and cello, focusing on favorites like "Hotel California," "Take It Easy," and "Desperado." The violins infuse "Peaceful Easy Feeling" with a big-sky country flair, while "Best of My Love" becomes a two-steppin' country ballad.
