About this title: For good or bad, the European copyright limitation of 50 years makes albums like this British compilation possible. After serving as boy singer with Ted Weems' orchestra, Perry Como struck out on his own in 1943 in the wake of Frank Sinatra's solo success. After a relatively slow start, he hit his stride in 1945, topping the charts with "Till the End of Time," and never looked back.
