About this title: Another year, another Tavares compilation. 1995's Original Hits comes from the Netherlands' budget-oriented Disky label. Many of the hits that are found on just about every other anthology of the group's work -- "Heaven Must Be Missing an Angel," "More Than a Woman," "She's Gone," "The Lover I Never I Had" -- are here, along with 11 other cuts. Debut single "Check It Out" is missing, however, as are the likes of "Remember What I Told You to Forget," "Whodunit," and "Never Had a Love Like This Before."
